I waited over an hour to check in, only to be handed a standard room instead of the one I booked. It felt like chaos, with staff disorganized and unhelpful. Seriously, I was just left feeling frustrated and cheated.

Great location near Darling Harbour with beautiful decor and stunning views. The rooms are comfortable, though check-in can be a bit slow and crowded. Enjoyed the laid-back vibe at the bar while waiting for our room. Perfect for a weekend getaway, though might not suit heavy luggage travelers.

The room, with its stunning harbour view, offered a picturesque backdrop that made every moment feel special. The attention to detail in the design provided an inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation after a long day.
I did notice a minor inconvenience: the lack of fresh air circulation in the room.

The location is perfect, right near Darling Harbour, which makes it super convenient for exploring the area. The staff was really friendly, especially the energetic receptionist who made check-in a breeze. I also loved the spacious room and the beautiful views-a perfect setting to unwind after a busy day!
There were some issues. The rooftop pool closed too early at 6 pm, so we couldn't enjoy it at night. there were some hiccups with our room—like a few things not working properly. The lack of water one evening was a real inconvenience and the staff didn’t seem to handle it well. it was a mixed experience!

I had a wonderful stay at W, where I appreciated the stylish and comfortable rooms. Contrary to some reviews I read, I found the entire hotel to be very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful; they even offered me an extra pair of room slippers to take home! I particularly enjoyed the adults-only pool area on Sundays, and the breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight— worth every penny.
Was all great, but the service could be improved. 😕.

Arriving at W Sydney was a true spectacle, warmly greeted by a dedicated concierge team and treated to complimentary cocktails and good kids' platters. While the location and vibrant atmosphere provided an exciting backdrop for family bonding, the cleanliness of our room left much to be desired.
